How does the treatment plan look like?

At the first dental appointment, the oral health condition and the patient’s wishes are considered.

It is necessary to do an orthopantomogram (a scan of all teeth) in order to make an analysis of the teeth and the bones. After analysing the X-rays, intraoral and extraoral images, and sometimes study models, we create a treatment plan.

Prosthetics are placed on healthy teeth, so if there are caries or other processes, it is necessary to provide relevant treatments first.

Together with you, we plan the final appearance of the prosthetics, determine the colour, shape, and type of prosthetics. To achieve the Hollywood Smile, crowns are usually placed on all teeth or in the visible area of your smile. After grinding your teeth, temporary crowns are placed that enable you to get used to your new smile.

If you wish, we can make additional aesthetic corrections on permanent prosthetics. There are several rehearsal sessions where we together decide about the future look of your smile. We perform the last stage only when you are completely satisfied with the final appearance of the permanent prosthetics. The final stage means the cementing of the prosthetics.

The prosthetics (crowns and bridges) that we use in this treatment are made of metal-free ceramics that most naturally imitate natural characteristics of teeth and give the best aesthetic results. Computer design and production of the prosthetics enable an ideal fit on teeth and perfect precision.

How long does the procedure last?

It can take 2 to 4 weeks from the first appointment to cementing permanent prosthetics. If you do not live in Serbia, we can fit temporary crowns after grinding your teeth which you can wear for 3 to 6 months. Afterwards, as agreed with your dentist you will make a plan for the arrival to Serbia to cement the permanent prosthetics.
